Been waiting nearly a month for my bathroom tiles to arrive like other customers have mentioned I can’t get through on the phone and have sent numerous emails without any response. They are completely useless with customer service and I’m worried they’ve done a runner with our money.
Yes it’s true 39.99 for delivery is totally unjustified when they are well over the estimated arrival date.

Order 4 tiles but 3 arrived broken and unusable. I emailed right away with photos and Ari was very helpful and arranged to get replacements sent to me immediately. The customer service so far in responding to my request for replacement has been great. I am now waiting for the replacement tiles to arrive and if/when they do, I will be super happy with the overall service - so will wait to see!

This seems a strange set up. My delivery on my tile order was more than the tiles themselves, So I called about 20 times to see if I could collect them and no reply. At one point I left the phone ringing for 10 mins! I've emailed them and had one response saying I needed to order if I wanted to collect. But then it adds on an extortionate shipping fee. Then no reply to further emails. I've even messaged them on social media but nothing. Theres also another 2 tile companies set up at the same address. I find it all a bit odd so I won't be ordering with them which is a shame because their tiles look great!

Most of the negative reviews on here are probably true. I ordered 29 mosaic tile sheets of which 11 had 3/4 badly chipped tiles on each sheet. I had 1 email reply asking for a picture of the 11 sheets, I’ve heard nothing since. I wish I’d have read these reviews first..
Update: I have had communication back the following day advising that they are sending replacements out, sadly I had to let my tiler go and reschedule. But at least they have for back to me which has improved the star rating in this review. Check your tiles as soon as they arrive!

Ordered a sample tile which didn't arrive and the tiles were holding up the project so we ordered them based on the images online. The tiles arrived and were nothing like those on the website so we tried to contact Tiles Direct to arrange return and can't get a reply on the phone or email.
AVOID!!!

This has been the most infuriating experience I have ever had with a company. I have tried to call them over three days and over 10 calls. No answer on any of the options.

Ordered tile samples last weekend and not had any confirmation or Dispatch notification of tiles being sent.its been a week now and no sign of tiles.think they’re a scam business,beware.

No sign of the tiles - ordered over a week ago, the website said the tiles will get dispatched within 24 hrs. I have not received a shipping estimate. I have tried to contact the company via email - have received no response. The phone lines are busy or unmanned.

Ordered a few samples, they never arrived because the delivery driver threw it at someone else’s house. The gentleman had to open my post and find my number to let me know he had it. Big no no. I went and collected the samples but where the driver had chucked it at this other front door they were broken!! I emailed tiles direct but they never responded. Therefore lost a customer, will find the tiles somewhere else. Poor quality packaging too. So I wouldn’t suggest unless you want to waste your money on broken tiles that might end up somewhere else... oh and the possibility of your personal details being opened by someone else too.

Not great. Ordered some hexagonal floor tiles that came with a small insert tile as well. When the order arrived on a pallet we (stupidly) didn't check how many tiles had arrived and only found out when the tiler ran out. We had plenty of the small inserts and counting the laid tiles we were about 20 main ones short. Our fault for not checking so ordered the ones we needed on Wednesday. After emailing asking if they could expedite delivery, was told to login and change it (no option) so phoned customer services next morning (Thurs). Was told they had been despatched already on a 24 hour service so would be guaranteed to arrive on Friday. No sign of them or over the weekend, so a call Monday morning and they said they were on their way that morning and would be here by 6pm.
They did arrive - after 6pm so we'd already given up. But then several of the tiles have arrived damaged.
Really poor customer service and then to receive them damaged isn't great.
I wouldn't use them again

I had an issue with an order and the team sorted it out quickly and efficiently!
